Teens, it's an art contest just for you!
It's simple: create a piece of art based on a banned book and you could win a $50 gift certificate to Art House Supply & Custom Framing and a banned book of your choice. See ala.org/advocacy/bbooks to find your favorite book for inspiration - or ask a librarian!
Entry forms can be picked up at the library, Art Supply House & Custom Framing, or downloaded from the link below.
Accepting entries from teens in grades 6-12 from September 1-15, 2022.
Art will be on display at The Hive during Banned Books Week, September 17-24, including a special artist reception on Tuesday, September 20th from 6-7 pm.
If you have any questions contact Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, & other fun activities perfect for children ages 0-5 and their parents and caregivers!
